When you keep attacking an Abomination, it might fight back. A yellow exclamation mark will appear above it to warn you, as shown in the image below.

Look! The Abomination is now throwing a Blood Clot at you.


Tap the blood clot with your finger before it hits, then you can send it back to damage the Abomination!


Note: The Abomination has a chance to retaliate with a blood clot ONLY when it's in the back.
