I transferred my apps and data while setting up my new phone.

If you restored your old phone up while setting up your new device, there is a good chance your progress in the game is already recovered.

I haven't recovered my game progress on my new phone, what can I do?

Please follow these steps to recover your game progress on your new device.

1) On your previous phone

The first step is to make sure you have correctly saved your progress on your previous phone. To do so:

• Click on the Gear icon ⚙️ in the top right of the map to access the Settings section.
• Click on the "Save your progress" button.
• Log in with an account of your choice (Facebook, Apple, or Google).

2) On your new phone

The second step is to recover the progress saved on your old phone on your new phone.

• Launch the game on your new phone.
• As soon as you see the Fairy in a cage, click on the Gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of your screen.
• Click on the "Restore game save" button.
• Log in with the same account (Facebook, Apple, or Google) you used on your previous phone to save your progress.

Note: if you have already passed the screen with the Fairy in the cage, go through the tutorial of the game until you see the Gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the map. Then: 

• Click on the Gear icon ⚙️ in the top right of the map to access the Settings section.
• Click on the "Save your progress" button.
• Log in with the account (Facebook, Apple, or Google) used on your previous phone to save your progress.
• Ivy the Fairy will ask you to choose between your previous save or the game you are playing right now.
• Choose your previous save and you're all set up!
