If you see the message "This code is invalid or expired" after entering a Magic Code, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your game hasn't been updated to the latest version

Sometimes app updates don't start automatically. If this happens, you may need to manually download the update from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. The code has Expired

Magic Codes are valid for a specific period based on the GMT/UTC zone. If you are in a different time zone, the Magic Code may have already expired in your region due to the time difference.

We recommend checking the time difference between your local time and GMT/UTC to confirm if the code was still valid when you tried to redeem it.

3. There is no internet connection

Make sure your Sorcery School game app is connected to the internet when entering the Magic Code.

4. Other Issues

If none of the above matches your experience, try force-closing the Sorcery School app, relaunching the game, and then entering the Magic Code again.
