The minimum Energy cost to play a battle is 15 Energy  . As your Magician Level advances and you progress through Quests, this Energy cost increases.

The difficulty of a battle also determines the Energy cost. For example, 1-star battles cost the least Energy but offer limited rewards. 3-star battles cost more Energy and are the most difficult, but they offer bigger rewards!

Battles with a Magical Event (like the Wizard Stadium or Gold Mine) or against a Surprise Monster require the most Energy to play, but you'll get some seriously fantastic rewards in return!
