Gems 

Having a sufficient amount of Gems is always an advantageous move in Sorcery School, as Gems are used to buy Gold and certain Daily Deals, open the Magic Vault (after Challenges end), obtain a Wild Card in battle and even revive your health to full after dying in battle.

Gold 

Gold is an indispensable asset in Sorcery School, as Gold is required to upgrade your Cards and Spells, purchase Daily Deals and trade Magic Items (required to upgrade Artifacts).

And that's not all – how about a little daily Gold exchange between pals? You can send and receive Gold from friends every day. It's a great way to give each other a boost on your journey through the magical Sorcery School realm.

You can use Gems to purchase Gold, yet you can't use Gold to purchase Gems!
