In case your game is disconnected, here are a few things you can do first:

  • Check if you are connected to a network with a stable connection (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G mobile connection). You can do so by verifying if your other apps are currently working properly.
  • Try to reload the game app.
  • If reloading the game app doesn't work, try restarting your device before reloading the game app again.

If none of the above helped, open another application on your device to check your connection. If the problem continues, it's likely your device does not have a stable internet connection.
