Credit/ Debit card failures
If you are unable to process your transaction due to a Credit/ Debit card payment failure, it can be caused by any of the following reasons:

  • Credit/ Debit card details were entered incorrectly
  • The card  is no longer valid
  • There are insufficient funds on the card
  • The card does not support 3D Secure(*)

(*) 3D Secure is a security protocol that requires you to verify yourself with (e.g. a one-time password or a mobile banking app) after entering your card details. Please check with your card issuer or bank whether 3D Security is supported.
