While most of the time purchased items are delivered immediately to your device, on occasion, some orders might take longer to process. This means your purchase could be awaiting approval from the app store you use.
If your purchase doesn't arrive right away, please wait a few minutes – you should have it soon!

If you made a purchase but did not receive the item, please check if you've received an email from the app store you use (e.g. App Store, Play Store) that confirms the purchase was successful.

Sometimes an unsuccessful purchase could be linked to an inactive payment method. Please double-check that your payment method is active and hasn't been declined by the app store.
